Choose the service you need from our website, fill out any required details, and add it to your cart.

Send your jewellery to us. Package your item securely and post it to us using your preferred postal service. We recommend Royal Mail with tracking and insurance, just to keep things safe. Once we’ve worked our magic, we’ll send it safely back to you — free of charge for services over £30. For smaller jobs under £30, a £9.50 return postage fee applies.

Once we've received your jewellery, we’ll take care of everything. When your piece is ready, we’ll send it back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey back to you.

At The Jewellery Mechanic, you receive top-notch repairs for much less than at traditional jewellery shops. We handle a wide range of services, including those tricky repairs that other local shops might not take on. Plus, our customer service is available 24/7 to answer any questions you might have about the process.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Simply add the services you need to your cart and customize the details for each piece of jewellery. You'll see the final prices at checkout.

Step 2: Send Your Items

Once you’ve placed your order, simply pack your jewellery securely and send it to us using your preferred postal service. We recommend using Royal Mail or DPD with tracking and insurance to make sure your item gets to us safely.

Step 3: Receive and Wear

As soon as your items are ready to be shipped back to you, we'll notify you and provide a tracking number from Royal Mail. This way, you can easily track your jewellery's journey back to you.
