I spoke to them via messenger and visited the Gravesend shop shortly after. What a find! Sarah was lovely, really explained everything she was doing and didn’t push us to make any decisions quickly. James and the rest of the team at Blackwell Jewellers did an amazing job recreating my nans platinum diamond ring to bring it back to its former glory. The remake of the ring was absolutely stunning and their service was second to none. They showed great empathy and understanding of how important it was to me to keep it in the family.

I popped in to this Jewellery shop looking for a chain for my Grandsons 18th. The young lady was so kind and helpful with her assistance i brought a great one and my Grandson hasnt taken it off since i brought it.A chain of mine i had links taken off as i wanted to wear my Dads wedding ring around my neck ...i will go back their for my other 5 Grandsons chains as the service was 100 percent and so friendly

We had some gold from relatives that had passed away, and it was not jewellery that we would wear, so James made a beautiful ring for my fiancé with it, as he didn’t have one. He had lots of ideas and suggestions, was very professional, helpful and friendly. He also made my engagement ring smaller for me and they were both ready within a week! went into the shop to try a silver ring on and the lady who served me said your first person this ring has fitted. so after i was taking photos of it to send to my friend so i could get second opinion i ended up purchasing it. i will deffo be back to have a good look.

This Jewellers is honest, friendly, and pretty amazing. Sarah is the perfect person to make you feel instantly welcome and at ease, and she adds more of that special something than any diamond could offer. she is very helpful and keen to give a helpful opinion if needed or necessary. Absolute Class Jewellers!! Repair work is impeccable with such speedy work, Cannot fault them what so ever!! People are amazing, their ethic is amazing!! If a repair we carried out does not hold, send it back and we will put it right.
Postage both ways is on us.
We guarantee the work we do for twelve months. If a repair we carried out fails in that time, send it back and we will put it right at our own cost, including the postage both ways.
It is a guarantee on our workmanship. It covers the repair we did, not the whole piece. If a different part of the item goes later, or the piece is damaged after it comes home, that is a separate job and we will quote for it in the usual way.
Most of the postal trade offers thirty days. We used to as well. We changed it because the work is done on our own benches, by our own jewellers, and we are willing to stand behind it for longer than that.
What it does not cover: fair wear and tear, accidental damage after the repair, work carried out by somebody else, or parts of the piece we did not work on.
If you are not sure whether something is covered, ask us. We would rather look at it than argue about it.
