Claw settings, also known as prong settings, are the most common type of jewellery setting. These settings consist of tiny pieces of metal that bend up and over the crystal or gemstone to keep it securely in place. While beautiful, these delicate settings are susceptible to erosion and breaking, which dramatically increases the chance of losing a stone. Our claw replacement service adds metal to the site of the damaged prongs, effectively restoring the original setting and ensuring your favourite piece is fit to wear for years to come!
