How It Works

1. Choose Your Service
Choose the service you need from our website, fill out any required details, and add it to your cart and checkout.

2. Send Us Your Jewellery
Once your order has been placed, we will post you a pre-paid envelope to send your item/s in. When it arrives, package your item securely and take it to your local post office (do not post directly into a post box). We use Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking and insurance, just to keep things safe. Once we've worked our magic, we'll send it safely back to you — free of charge for services over £30. For smaller jobs under £30, a £9.50 return postage fee applies.

3. Receive and Wear
Once we've received your jewellery, we'll take care of everything. When your piece is ready, we'll send it back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey back to you.

Once you've placed your order, wait for your pre-paid delivery envelope to arrive in the post. Simply pack your jewellery securely and take to your local Post Office. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking and insurance, to make sure your item gets to us safely.

Step 3: Receive and Wear

As soon as your items are ready to be shipped back to you, we'll notify you and provide a tracking number from Royal Mail. This way, you can easily track your jewellery's journey back to you.
