If you are not satisfied with the work we have completed on your jewellery within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us to discuss the issue. We will do our best to understand the problem and address it to your satisfaction. If necessary, we will redo the work at no additional charge to you.

Contact us via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your repaired jewellery. Provide a clear explanation of the issues you're experiencing, and we will guide you through the next steps.
The guarantee covers the quality of the repair work we have done. If you are unsatisfied with the workmanship or if the issue with your jewellery has not been resolved, we will redo the work at no additional charge.
The guarantee only covers issues related to the repair work we performed. If the jewellery was damaged after you received it back, we may not be able to cover it under the guarantee. Please contact us to discuss the specifics.
